Above The Rest 2007by ~Horhew

Remake of my 2005 artwork, "Above The Rest". This is not a mere "update" to the original image as it was first intended. Instead, I decided to redo it completely. All that was kept from the original image was "he who is above the rest"

. So since it was built from scratch, it took me 2+ weeks to get to this final result, working everyday, sometimes even up to 15 hrs. Enjoy it.

These hexagonal columns with a water-filled top remind me of Amateria, from Myst III... See what I mean ?
And it shares also the same genuinely transporting atmosphere. You really don't suffer by comparison ! Congrats !
